AguaPura delivers water to your doorstep once a month. You will be enrolled in a regular schedule so you don’t need to remember to order. We’ll follow up each time to ensure you never run out of water. Before each delivery, we’ll ask how many bottles you want.
No, there are no contracts. We are one of the few water delivery companies that offers service without any contract.
Yes! You can cancel whenever you want, without any fees. You must return any empty bottles, as we do not require a deposit. If you rented a dispenser, it must also be returned upon cancellation.
No. You only pay for the water. There are no delivery fees, deposits, or hidden charges.
Yes, the minimum is 4 bottles. This helps us keep costs down since we don’t charge extra for delivery.
Yes. If you’re going on vacation or need a break, you can skip a month. If you skip more than two months, we’ll need the bottles returned. You can easily reschedule your delivery when you’re ready.
No — AguaPura only charges for scheduled deliveries. Unlike big companies that auto-charge every month regardless of delivery, we only charge when an actual delivery is planned. You choose how to pay: cash, card on delivery, payment link, or optional autopay — but always tied to a confirmed delivery, never automatic or recurring without your request.
Yes. Payment must be made before or on the day of delivery. If it’s not paid within 7 days, a $10 late fee will be added. This fee accumulates every 7 days until paid, so missed payments can add up quickly.
Yes. We’ll pick up the empty bottles and leave full ones. Returning bottles keeps the cycle running smoothly.
No! We can leave the bottles at your door, so you don’t need to be home. Just relax and enjoy your water.
Yes. We only charge for water delivered, so if there’s no delivery that month, you won’t be billed for water. However, if you rent a dispenser, it will be billed monthly until you cancel and return it.
Yes. We only rent brand-new, bottom-load dispensers equipped with the latest technology. Our goal is high quality.
Yes. You can pay in 6 interest-free installments.
Yes. If your rented dispenser malfunctions, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Yes. We require the return of all bottles upon cancellation. Missing bottles will be charged at $10 each.
Yes! We work with BRIO, which offers a 1-year warranty starting from the purchase date.
